At Kana, we’re reimagining how young people access mental health support. Our platform combines technology, psychology, and real human insight to make wellbeing support more accessible, relatable, and effective.

But here’s the truth: you can’t build tools for young people without young people.

That’s why we’re building the  Kana Youth Advisory Board  — a group of passionate, thoughtful, and outspoken young voices who want to shape the future of youth mental health. If you care about wellbeing, love sharing ideas, and want your voice to actually influence real products and initiatives, this is your space.

The Role
We’re looking for students aged 18–22 who want to help shape the future of youth wellbeing. As a Youth Advisory Board Member, you’ll work directly with the Kana team to share honest feedback, fresh perspectives, and bold ideas about what young people really need when it comes to mental health and wellbeing.

This isn’t just a title. Your ideas will influence real features, campaigns, and resources used by young people.

What You’ll Do
Participate in monthly virtual advisory meetings with other members.
Share honest feedback on Kana’s tools, features, and youth wellbeing resources.
Help shape youth-focused initiatives, campaigns, and conversations around mental health.
Collaborate with other members to generate new ideas for supporting youth wellbeing.
Help spread awareness about mental health and Kana’s initiatives in your networks.
Represent the voice of young people in discussions about wellbeing, technology, and support systems.

Who We’re Looking For
Passionate about mental health, wellbeing, or youth advocacy.
Comfortable sharing ideas, perspectives, and feedback.
Curious, thoughtful, and open to discussions with other young leaders.
Willing to attend monthly virtual meetings (30–60 minutes).
Someone who believes youth voices should shape the systems designed for them.
