Position: Senior Manager – School Partnerships / Institutional
About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented  Senior Manager – School Partnerships  to expand our presence across schools in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with  school principals, management, and academic leaders  and presenting our programs to institutions.
Candidates with experience in the  education industry and school outreach  will be preferred.

Locations:  Punjab | Mumbai/Pune | Tamil Nadu/Kerala | Bangalore | Hyderabad/Vizag

Experience:

4–6 Years
Salary:  ₹6 – ₹8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with  schools, principals, and key decision-makers  in the assigned region.

• Schedule and conduct  in-person meetings and presentations  with school principals and management.

• Present and explain our  educational programs and offerings  to schools.

• Build and maintain  long-term relationships with schools and institutional partners .

• Drive  institutional partnerships and program adoption  within schools.

• Coordinate with internal teams for  program execution and implementation .

• Achieve  regional targets for school partnerships and student participation .

• Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, and partnerships in CRM or reporting tools.

• Represent the organization at  school events, seminars, and education forums  when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 4–6 years of professional experience , preferably in  education, EdTech, or institutional sales .

• Prior experience in  working with schools, principals, and academic institutions  is highly preferred.

• Strong  presentation and communication skills .

• Ability to build  relationships with school leadership and decision-makers .

• Comfortable with  field work and travel within the assigned region .

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
