Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller / Student Counsellor to join our team remotely. The role involves connecting with prospective students based in the UAE and guiding them about the programs offered by  BIG Education Group.  The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and prior experience in the education industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and engage with prospective students from the UAE.
Explain programs, courses, and admission processes at Britts Imperial University College.
Counsel students and address their academic and career queries.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain records of calls, student interactions, and application progress.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in education counselling / telecalling / sales.
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Experience in the education or EdTech industry preferred.
Strong persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Must be based in India and comfortable working remotely.
