Factor is looking for a sharp, organised and technically capable Marketing Operations Coordinator to own the operational engine behind our weekly marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves the detail: building lists, preparing campaigns, writing and formatting drafts, cleaning data, managing unsubscribes, updating Hub Spot, checking campaign health and making sure every send goes out properly.
You’ll work across email marketing, CRM hygiene, campaign operations and basic automation. The right person will be fast, structured, reliable and comfortable working with tools like Hub Spot, Campaign Monitor, Zapier and HTML email templates.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong marketing common sense, can spot mistakes before they become problems, and takes pride in keeping campaigns clean, accurate and moving.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for preparing weekly marketing campaigns from start to finish, including:
Building and cleaning campaign lists
Creating and copying campaigns in Campaign Monitor
Writing and formatting email drafts
Creating and editing simple HTML email templates
Checking links, formatting, subject lines, send settings and audience segments
Removing people who have responded, unsubscribed or should no longer be contacted
Updating contact records, phone numbers, job titles and company details in Hub Spot
Keeping campaign lists clean, accurate and ready for outreach
Setting up simple automations through Zapier and Hub Spot
Monitoring campaign performance, deliverability and send health
Coordinating with internal teams to make sure campaigns are ready on time
Keeping records organised so everyone knows what has been sent, to whom and when

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is detail-obsessed, practical and fast-moving.
You should be comfortable with:
Hub Spot CRM
Campaign Monitor or similar email platforms
Zapier and basic marketing automation
HTML email formatting
List building and data cleaning
Email campaign setup and QA
Writing clean, professional email copy
Managing unsubscribes and response lists properly
Working to weekly campaign deadlines
Spotting errors before campaigns go live
You don’t need to be a strategist, but you do need strong marketing common sense. You should understand what makes a campaign look professional, what makes a list usable, and what needs to be checked before anything gets sent.

What success looks like
In this role, success means campaigns are built properly, lists are clean, Hub Spot is up to date, unsubscribes are handled correctly, phone numbers and records are maintained, and campaigns go out on time with no avoidable errors.
You’ll be the person making sure the marketing machine actually runs.

Experience required
1–3+ years in marketing operations, email marketing, campaign coordination or CRM administration
Strong experience with Hub Spot
Strong experience with Campaign Monitor or similar email tools
Working knowledge of Zapier or other automation tools
Ability to edit and work with basic HTML email templates
Strong written English
Strong attention to detail
