Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Bijnor. The English Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Daily responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, teaching classes, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will adapt teaching methods to different age groups and proficiency levels, integrate communication and public speaking activities into lessons, and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

The role also involves collaborating with academic staff on curriculum improvements, participating in training or meetings, and maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to instruct diverse age groups and proficiency levels.
Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured, goal-oriented lesson plans and assessments.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for explaining concepts clearly, giving feedback, and engaging learners effectively.
Relevant teaching certification or a degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Experience teaching English in classroom or coaching settings is highly beneficial.
Ability to create an inclusive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.
Strong classroom management, time management, and basic digital literacy for educational resources and records.
