Job Responsibilitie

s :
Deliver high-impact lectures in core and elective Finance subjects at the PGDM level. (Proficiency in teaching subjects such  as Investments, Accounting, Financial Technology [Fintec
h]).Design, update, and continuously enhance curriculum content aligned with emerging industry trends and AICTE guideli
nes.

Undertake meaningful research that contributes to knowledge advancement and supports genuine publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals (SSCI, Scopus, ABDC, and other national and international journa
ls).Adopt innovative and student-centric pedagogical approaches integrating real-world industry applications to ensure graduates are industry-re
ady.

Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research work with a focus on practical learning and analytical ri
gor.

Mentor students to support their academic excellence, professional development, and holistic gro
wth.

Actively contribute to institution-building activities, policy development, and academic planning initiati
ves.

Lead or participate in committees, accreditation exercises, quality assurance, and administrative proces
ses.

Take ownership of additional responsibilities related to student affairs, academics, or administration as assig
ned.

Engage in collaborative research, consultancy projects, and training programs with industry and academic partn
ers.

Organize and contribute to conferences, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and Management Development Programs (MD
Ps).Build and sustain strategic linkages with industry, professional bodies, training institutes, and academic networks to enhance institutional visibility and collaborat
ion.

Education Qualifications Req

uired:
Ph.D. in Management or  Finance from a recognized uni
versityMBA in Finance/Masters in Finance and Control (MFC)/MBA with specialization in Finance with First Class or equi

valent.
Exp

erience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least 2 years’ post-Ph.D. ex
perience.

A balanced mix of academic and industry exposure is
required.

At least 9 research publications in SSCI or Scopus listed journals as per AICTE/UGC/ AB
DC norms.

Have demonstrated leadership in institutional initiatives –academic administration, or student engagement ac

tivities.
