About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to drive student enrollments for Australia and New Zealand universities. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.
Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and study pathways.
Handle end-to-end admissions counseling, from lead generation to enrollment.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, Whats App, and in-person meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a high conversion rate.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Student enrollments and revenue generation.
Lead-to-application conversion ratio.
Application-to-enrollment conversion ratio.
Student satisfaction and counseling quality.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong sales and counseling abilities.
Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
Knowledge of Australia and New Zealand education systems.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in B2C sales, admissions counseling, study abroad consulting, or education sales.
Experience in Australia / New Zealand admissions is a MUST.
Proven track record of achieving sales or enrollment targets.
Preferred Background
Candidates from study-abroad consultancies, international admissions teams, education counseling organizations, EdTech companies, or overseas education agencies handling Australia and New Zealand markets.
Work Sche dule: 6 days a week Monday
- Saturday
Timings: 10 am - 7pm
