Role Overview
We are seeking a Professor to join Bosscoder School of Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students in any one of the following subjects:
Mathematics, Java, or Web Development. In addition to teaching, the candidate might contribute to curriculum development, create engaging learning experiences and help students build a strong foundation in computer science concepts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach students in the areas of Mathematics, Java or Web Development.
2. Plan and deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and hands-on learning experiences.
3. Develop, review and enhance course curriculum in line with academic standards and industry requirements.
4. Design assignments, assessments, projects and other learning resources.
5. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
6. Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional growth.
7. Foster an interactive, inclusive and outcome-driven learning environment.
8. Collaborate with faculty members to improve course delivery and academic excellence.
9. Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate relevant concepts into the curriculum.
10. Participate in academic planning, faculty meetings and institutional initiatives.
Requirements
1. Ph.D. in Computer Science (Mandatory).
2. Strong subject expertise in Mathematics, Core Java or Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies).
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
4. Passion for teaching, research, and student development.
