Company Description  Oasis Art Studio is a fine art studio in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, where children and adults learn drawing and painting as progressive, structured skills. Young artists follow the Oasis Pathway, a sequenced journey from age 4 through the mid-teens, with mentors placing and advancing learners across Explorers, Foundation, Mastery, and Specialist levels based on ability. The selective Specialist track prepares teenagers for strong portfolios and admission to design and art schools.

Adults participate through walk-in studio sessions that welcome all experience levels. The studio also hosts events, parties, and workshops, including corporate sessions and private celebrations.

Role Description  The Senior Art Mentor is a full-time, on-site role based at Oasis Art Studio in Delhi, India. The Senior Art Mentor guides children, teens, and adults through structured drawing and painting programs, delivering lessons aligned with the Oasis Pathway and tailoring instruction to individual skill levels. Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting classes, demonstrating techniques, providing constructive critiques, tracking student progress, and supporting portfolio development for Specialist-track teenagers.

The role also involves coordinating with other mentors, helping organize workshops, events, and studio sessions, and maintaining an encouraging, safe, and inclusive learning environment. The Senior Art Mentor may contribute to curriculum refinement, mentor junior instructors, and support communication with parents and guardians regarding learner progress.
