Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Overseas Admission Officer role based in Sector-62, Gurgaon, India. The Overseas Admission Officer will guide prospective students through the end-to-end admissions process, including counseling on course and country options, explaining eligibility criteria, and helping prepare application documents. The role involves coordinating with international universities, tracking application status, and ensuring timely submission of all required materials. The Overseas Admission Officer will handle student and parent queries, provide updates on visa requirements, and support students with pre-departure information.
Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in internal systems, following up with leads, and contributing to outreach activities and information sessions.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to support and guide students and parents effectively.
Knowledge of international admissions processes and education systems across countries such as Germany, the UK, USA, Europe and Australia.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Relevant experience in overseas education counseling or admissions, or a background in education, counseling, or related fields.
Ability to manage multiple student cases, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
Comfort with using office productivity tools and CRM or admissions management software.
Undergraduate degree in any discipline; a degree in education, counseling, or international relations is an advantage.
Demonstrated cultural awareness and a student-centered approach to advising.
