Pinkvilla is looking for a skilled Celebrity & Artist Co-ordinator to help bring engaging personalities and industry experts to our shows, ensuring a seamless guest experience and top-notch content.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Identification and Outreach:
Research and identify potential podcast guests across various industries, including entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, and current events.
Craft compelling outreach messages to invite guests to the show.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, their teams, and industry networks.
Act as the primary point of contact for all guest-related communications.
Logistics Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate guest appearances, ensuring availability aligns with production timelines.
Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for out-of-town guests, if required.
Content Alignment:
Work closely with producers and hosts to align guest selection with the podcast’s theme and content goals.
Assist in preparing background information, interview topics, and questions for the hosts.
Episode Execution:
Ensure a smooth recording experience for guests, addressing any on-site or virtual technical/logistical concerns.
Coordinate with the production team for post-recording needs, such as guest feedback or follow-ups.
Post-Recording Engagement:
Maintain ongoing relationships with guests for future collaborations.
Share promotional materials with guests and encourage participation in post-episode promotions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

4+ years in guest coordination, talent management, public relations, or a related field.
Experience working with podcasts, You Tube channels, or media platforms is a plus.

Skills:

Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of podcast production and social media trends is an advantage.
Personality:
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
Ability to handle tight schedules and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
