Position: Junior Live Music & Comedy Event Producer
Full-time Live Music & Comedy Booker/Event Producer (Junior Role) working out of our studio in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

Louder  is a specialist in promoting art and culture. We exist to showcase the talents of artists and develop audiences for their work. Our goal is to facilitate the promotion of multicultural art and culture to present work that enriches cultural diversity and experience for all audiences

Main Purpose
Responsible for identifying, developing and securing talent, while maintaining existing client relationships. Negotiating, strategizing and overseeing live music tours and events. Liaising with agents and/or directly with artists through the tour’s campaign to facilitate clear lines of communication between artists, agents, management, internal staff and other key stakeholders. You should understand or have the ability to understand AI and its use in every function of the role.

1. Research markets, evaluate potential cities and map those with relevant artists to tour
2. Draft live business plans & marketing plans
3. Pitching to artists/Other creatives/teams
4. Building out comprehensive budgets/capacities
5. Coordinating and maintaining key sales points of artists
6. Managing financial arrangements (show deposits, settlements, tracking expenditures, and budgets) for events & thorough follow-up of third parties' quotes, invoices and P&L updates.
7. Supporting artist negotiations and follow-ups, carefully reviewing contract notes, and capturing negotiation information
8. Securing venue availability and backup holds, negotiating terms with venues
9. Book shows & tours, develop touring strategies develop itineraries, and manage calendars.
10. Overseeing tour rollouts including but not limited to announcements, ticketing, and ongoing marketing campaigns
11. Project manage and coordinate end to end logistics for your portfolio of events – managing budgets, schedules, sourcing quotes, staffing, technical and logistic suppliers and venues/production, onsite execution.
12.Handle marketing, sales and administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, working on contracts, pitching tickets/sponsorship via call, email and sms/whatsapp.
13. Work across time zones may be required, Travel also may be required. But mostly this is remote event management.

Skills:

Should have relevant experience in event management/production /artist booking (Must have 0-2 years of experience in the live music/comedy booking, concert, or event industry, client servicing, For example, venue booker, agent, promoter or experienced agent / promoter assistant.)
Ability to work on end-to-end-building a Tour, finding venues across the city/country of operation, and executing the tour.
Research & analysis on International markets, audience presence and other metrics to gauge market potential
Evaluating profitability, Routing, Scheduling & Building touring plans
Well-versed with excel and making budgets for events
Should be well versed with knowledge on Lights, Sound & AV used in events
Well-versed with Indian & international artists
Strong written and verbal communication skills- to communicate with clients and promoters
Time management skills & ability to multitask
Understanding and analyzing data and working on building and capturing data
Maintaining excellent rapport (with artists, vendors & promoters)
Experience in all aspects of producing a show (i.e. marketing, production, settlement, and buying)
Understanding of indie artists, potential music sensations and comedians, awareness of pop-culture
Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way
Market shows, collaborate with influencers/industry partners to achieve a sell out.

We are looking for a full-time artist booker/Event executive producer, working out of our studio in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. In this role, you will secure and maximize artist bookings for Louder’s portfolio of events & nightclub events as part of the programming team in Australia, NZ, Singapore and the world. Working collaboratively, you will be responsible for booking diverse and credible lineups with the goal of maximizing ticket sales.

You will have a wide knowledge of the Indian entertainment (DJs, live music, comedy, other entertainers etc.) industry that will guide your ability to win in this role.
