We are looking for a highly driven Artist & Celebrity Management Specialist who can take ownership of artist relationships, celebrity onboarding, booking queries, talent pitching, and commercial collaborations.

Role Overview The Artist & Celebrity Management Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete artist and celebrity lifecycle at Hit Fame — from identifying and onboarding talent to handling booking enquiries, pitching suitable artists to clients, negotiating commercials, and coordinating successful closures.
This is a relationship-driven, business-focused role and requires someone who already understands the entertainment industry and has the confidence and network to interact with artists, celebrities, talent managers, agencies, brands, event companies, production houses, wedding planners, corporates, and other industry decision-makers.
The ideal candidate should be commercially minded, highly networked, excellent at communication and negotiation, and capable of converting artist and celebrity relationships into bookings, collaborations, and revenue for Hit Fame.

Key Responsibilities
1. Artist & Celebrity Booking Management  Handle all incoming artist and celebrity booking enquiries received through Hit Fame.
Understand client requirements including artist category, event type, location, date, budget, deliverables, and commercial expectations.
Identify suitable artists and celebrities from Hit Fame's talent network.
Coordinate with artists, managers, agencies, and representatives to check availability, commercials, requirements, and deliverables.
Prepare and share relevant artist options and commercials with clients.
Follow up consistently with clients and talent representatives to drive bookings towards closure.
Maintain complete ownership of the enquiry from lead generation/enquiry → artist selection → pitching → negotiation → confirmation → execution.
2. Artist & Celebrity Pitching to Clients  Proactively pitch relevant artists, singers, actors, influencers, DJs, comedians, creators, and celebrities to prospective clients.
Build customised talent recommendations based on the client's requirements and budget.
Create compelling artist pitches highlighting artist profile, audience, popularity, previous work, availability, and commercial value.
Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, event companies, wedding planners, agencies, hotels, venues, and private clients.
Identify opportunities for brand endorsements, corporate appearances, private events, weddings, concerts, college events, digital campaigns, and other artist engagements.
3. Celebrity & Artist Acquisition  Identify and approach established celebrities, artists, influencers, creators, and emerging talent for onboarding onto Hit Fame.
Leverage personal and professional industry relationships to bring high-quality talent onto the platform.
Pitch Hit Fame's value proposition and explain how the platform can generate bookings, collaborations, visibility, networking, and monetisation opportunities.
Build a strong and credible celebrity/talent portfolio for Hit Fame.
Prioritise talent that can contribute to the platform's booking business, credibility, reach, and revenue growth.
4. Artist Onboarding to Hit Fame  Manage the complete onboarding journey for artists and celebrities.
Coordinate profile creation, verification, documentation, photographs, portfolio information, social links, commercials, categories, and other relevant details.
Ensure artist profiles are professionally presented and commercially ready.
