About Vivriti Asset Management :
Vivriti Asset Management is a subsidiary of Vivriti Next and is an investment manager to fixed income alternate investment funds (AIFs). As on date, Vivriti AMC has raised commitments of over INR 8,000 crores from 1700+ institutional, HNIs, FOs investors. AMC has also made investments of over INR 11,000 across 110+ entities and has launched multiple category-creating, highly differentiated AIF funds which provide an investor with options across the tenor, rating and return spectrum (10% to 17%).

About the Role :  Senior Regional Fund-raising Team, North

Designation:
Regional Head, North – Channel Management   Vivriti AMC in the current fiscal (FY 26-27) is raising capital in 3 private credit funds with a target to raise approx. 3000 crores this fiscal.

Responsibilities :

Drive Fund raising Strategy:  Lead capital raising initiatives for AIFs targeting various class of investors across North India Region.
Manage Strategic Relationships:  Build and nurture long-term relationships thru’ B2B with key Banking Distribution partners, Wealth Boutiques, Regional Distributors and any other evolving channel partners.
Lead Product Positioning:  Work closely with investment teams to articulate compelling investment propositions and tailor solutions to investor needs.
Expand Distribution Network / Coverage:  Strengthen partnerships with Regional Teams of Private and PSU banks, wealth managers, and IFAs across key markets.
Own Large-Ticket Closures:  Drive anchor investments and execute high-value fundraising transactions, in tandem with channel partners.
Market Intelligence:  Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities across private credit and debt funding strategies.
Team Leadership:  Coach, mentor, and manage regional team and drive performance KRA metrics.

Qualifications : MBA / Postgraduate with 7-15 years of fund-raising experience in a mutual fund / AIF / PMS / Wealth set up or a combination of them.

Required Skills :

Experience of managing channel partners and preferably existing working relationships with distribution fraternity.
Sound knowledge of AIF products and preferably private debt markets in India.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Keen focus on execution, outcomes, manage operational budgets, and ensuring policy compliance all the time.
A candidate with high on energy, being accountable and takes ownership of Business Growth.
Passionate about creating a new category of investment fund at scale and somebody who can think out of box, with fire in the belly.
Willingness to travel covering northern part of India for driving coverage, sourcing and growth.
