Role Description
We are looking for

experienced medical billing professionals

who have hands-on exposure to

Behavioral Health / Recovery Center billing workflows

and can independently handle end-to-end responsibilities and looking team across

Charge Entry, AR, and Payment Posting

functions.

Experience in

Behavioral Health / Recovery Centers

billing
Strong understanding of

RCM lifecycle

(Charge Entry, AR follow-ups, Posting)

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following systems:
CollaborateMD
Ritten
Kipu EMR

Expertise in:
Insurance follow-ups
Denial analysis & resolution
Payment posting and adjustments

Out-of-Network billing experience is a strong plus
Ability to work independently and handle client expectations (for Lead/Manager roles)
