Medical Advisor

Guardant Health AMEA is seeking a Medical Advisor to advance precision oncology and support the integration of our genomic diagnostics portfolio into clinical practice in India.

Responsibilities
This field-based role partners closely with oncologists, KOLs and healthcare institutions to drive adoption of genomic testing, deliver medical education, support Molecular Tumor Boards, and generate real-world evidence. The role also works cross-functionally to shape strategy through market insights and collaboration with regional and global teams.

Scientific Expertise:  Serve as the subject matter expert on the company’s diagnostic solutions and the broader field of precision oncology.
Stakeholder Engagement:  Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and institutions to facilitate the adoption of genomic testing in oncology.
Medical

Education:

Deliver presentations, training, and workshops to healthcare providers, ensuring a deep understanding of genomic insights and their clinical application.
Support for Molecular Tumor Boards:  Plan, execute, and support Molecular Tumor Boards (MTBs) across the region to aid in clinical decision-making and patient management.
Real-World Evidence Generation:  Collaborate with clinical and research communities to design and execute real-world evidence (RWE) studies demonstrating the value of genomic testing in oncology.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, medical, communications, distributor etc.) to align strategies with overall objectives.
Market Insights:
Collect and analyze insights from healthcare professionals to inform product development, market strategy, and educational initiatives.

Qualifications
Ideal candidate will bring an MD/MBBS or PhD, oncology medical affairs experience, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and the agility to thrive in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
