Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews

Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling/therapy sessions

Develop and implement personalized treatment and intervention plans

Diagnose and manage psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders

Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, REBT, DBT, etc.)

Support clients with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues

Maintain detailed and confidential client records and documentation

Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Provide crisis intervention and psychological support when required

Offer psychoeducation to clients and caregivers

Ensure ethical, legal, and professional standards of psychological practice

Participate in case discussions, supervision, and multidisciplinary meetings

Contribute to mental health awareness programs and workshops

Stay updated with current research and best practices in psychology

Requirements

Qualification  BSc/MSc Psychology

Valid license/registration with the relevant professional or statutory body (where applicable)

Supervised clinical training / internship as per regulatory guidelines

Proven experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapy

Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, REBT, DBT, mindfulness, etc.)

Ability to conduct psychological testing and interpret assessment results

Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills

High standards of ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional conduct

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Skills in case formulation, treatment planning, and progress evaluation

Experience in handling adults, adolescents, and/or children (as per role requirement)

Good documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills

Emotional maturity, empathy, and strong listening skills

Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital record systems

Commitment to continuous professional development and supervision
