Location:

Job Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy for India to achieve growth and market share objectives.
Lead, motivate, and develop the regional sales team and/or distributor network.

Portfolio Management:
Drive commercial success for the entire Micro Port portfolio (including Robotic systems, Interventional Cardiology, etc.) across the India market.
Identify and prioritize key market opportunities for portfolio expansion.

Key Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and nurture strategic relationships with high-level KOLs, key hospital accounts, and industry stakeholders.
Represent Micro Port at regional conferences and major medical events.

Business Operations & Channel Excellence:
Oversee distributor management, ensuring performance alignment, effective training, and compliance.
Implement robust business processes for forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to adapt and implement regional initiatives.
Provide critical market feedback to global HQ to influence product and commercial strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience, with at least 3 years in a regional management or leadership role within the Indian market.
Deep understanding of India’s healthcare landscape, procurement processes, and regulatory environment.
Documented success in building and managing high-performing teams and distributor networks.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level); additional local language(s) is a strong advantage.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently (approx. 50-70%) across India with no restrictions.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Candidates must be based in India, with a strong preference for those residing in major business hubs such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai/Bangalore, Kolkata or Hyderabad.
