Job Description:

- Requirement of a Medical Officer, must have MBBS degree from a reputed NMC-recognized medical college in India, registered with NMC / State Medical Council
Minimum two years of experience after internship.
Shall need to undertake extensive travel across Jharkhand and Odisha to undertake community-based screening of cancers such as Oral Cancer, Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer.
Shall lead and be responsible for a team of 08 medical professionals who would constitute the cancer screening team.
Responsible for data capture and data analysis through a dedicated staff provided.

Experience of having worked in the field of community-based screening for common cancers shall be preferred.

Experience of having worked with large data shall be preferred.
The selected individual shall lead and coordinate all field operations of a comprehensive, large-scale community-based cancer screening project, with long term vision of capturing data so as to enable establishment of a rural cancer registry in eastern India.
Shall report to Director, Hospital (a specialist hospital specialising in comprehensive cancer care).
Should be a team player with ability to effectively lead a multi-speciality, multi-gender and multi-ethnic medical team in field settings.
Ability to fluently speak Hindi and Odia shall be an advantage.
