Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. Looking for someone who can effectively bridge the gap between technology and talent. If you have a background in Computer Science and keen eye for recognizing strong IT talent, this position offers the perfect blend of technology, people, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

• Need to have extensive experience working with MSP Clients managing the full lifecycle of IT hiring, sourcing niche tech, compliance, and managing client/vendor relationships.

• Key tasks include defining requirements with clients, using Linked In/job boards for sourcing, screening candidates on tech/soft skills, negotiating rates, submitting through VMS (Beeline, Fieldglass), and maintaining pipeline for future needs.

• Sourcing Tools:
Linked In Recruiter, Job Boards.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA (mandatory).
8–10 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical screening, or resource management.
Solid understanding of software technologies, development lifecycle, and IT roles.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
