This position plays a critical role in expanding our client reach and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Market IT consultants (Bench) to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients in the US
- Work on daily requirements across multiple technologies and roles
- Handle end-to-end bench sales activities including submissions, rate negotiation, and follow-ups
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Track and report daily sales activities and submission status
- Ensure compliance with US staffing policies (C2C, W2, 1099)
Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market and hiring process
- Existing vendor network and experience working with Tier-1/MSP clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and meet submission targets
- Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals (Dice, Linked In, etc.)

- Consistent daily submissions
- Strong conversion from submission to interview to placement
- Long-term vendor and client relationships
- Revenue-generating placements within the first 60–90 days
