About Fiinny Fiinny is a consumer fintech app focused on helping users clearly understand where their money goes. We are building a trust-first, India-first product in the personal finance space.
We are now looking for a  results-driven growth freelancer  to help us scale app downloads and social presence.
Role Objective This role is  outcome-focused , not activity-focused.
You will be responsible for planning and executing growth initiatives to significantly increase:
App downloads
Social media audience
This is not a social media posting role. This is a  growth ownership role .
Expected Outcomes (Targets) The following are  stretch growth targets  for the engagement period and will be used to evaluate performance and bonus payouts:
100,000 app downloads
100,000 cumulative followers across social platforms
These targets are aggressive by design. The final execution plan, timelines, and milestones will be discussed and mutually agreed before starting. If targets are achieved or exceeded:
Contract value will be increased
Long-term association will be considered
Responsibilities  Own and execute app growth strategy end-to-end
Identify and run scalable acquisition channels (organic and/or paid)
Improve App Store and Play Store conversion (ASO)
Design and test growth experiments
Build and grow social media presence with clear strategy
Track metrics and clearly explain what is working and why
Who Should Apply  Proven experience growing  consumer apps or digital products
Strong understanding of user acquisition and growth funnels
Comfortable working with ambitious targets
Data-driven and execution-focused
Able to work independently with founder-level ownership
Not a Fit If  You only do content posting
You have never worked on app growth
You expect fixed pay without accountability
You cannot commit to measurable outcomes
Compensation Structure  ₹50,000 base contract
Performance-based upside on achieving agreed targets
Scope to revise compensation based on results
