Senior AI Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who loves building real-world AI systems, not just experiments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and scale agentic AI and LLM-powered backend services used at enterprise scale.

What You’ll Do

- Build AI agents & copilots using agentic architectures and MCP
- Develop RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search
- Create scalable backend services using Python and Java
- Use AI coding tools like Cursor and Windsurf to move fast
- Implement prompt engineering, context design, and fallback logic
- Integrate AI with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and cloud services
- Ensure reliability, observability, and cost efficiency in production AI systems

What We’re Looking For

- 3–7 years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years delivering AI/LLM solutions in production
- Strong backend skills in Python & Java
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, MCP, RAG, and LLMs
- Knowledge of SQL, Pandas/Num Py, ML fundamentals
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in ambiguity
