Assistant Vice President – Service Now Delivery (Citizen Development)
Delhi-NCR | 12+ Years Experience
We are hiring a seasoned Service Now Leader with strong hands-on expertise in design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Service Now solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of IT experience with strong Service Now expertise
- Hands-on experience in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Asset)
- Experience in Custom/Scoped App Development & App Engine
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide, HTML, AJAX
- Experience with Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs)
- Understanding of CMDB, Discovery & ITIL processes
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (mandatory)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Team handling & stakeholder management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Service Now delivery and manage development teams
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Service Now applications
- Automate workflows and implement integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for solution design
- Ensure best practices, testing, and SDLC compliance
- Provide production support and troubleshooting
