- Computer science or IT specialist
Overview / Objectives:
Managing PKI systems, e. g. HSM, CLM, CA Management, Enterprise Secrets Management, ADCS, according to given processes and procedures to secure communications and data for Phoenix Contact globally.
Professional Requirement (SME)
- Microsoft ADCS, CA Management, HSM, CLM, CMP, NDES, ACME, RPC
- Security & Certificate best practices
- ISO 27000-family, Utimaco HSM and Secrets Management, Cyber Ark Conjur, Keyfactor EJBCA & Command
Area of responsibility
- Installation, Configuration, Maintenance & Upgrades:
Installing, configuring, maintaining and upgrading of PKI systems instances, e. g. HSM, CLM, EJBCA, Enterprise Secrets Management, ADCS
- Operations support & collaboration:
- Supporting internal customers, understanding their needs and solving incident and service requests, e. g. onboarding onto the CLM system; evaluating, approving and signing CSRs.
- Working closely with colleagues to optimize solutions
- Auditing & Documentation:
Regularly auditing the PKI infrastructure and updating documentation
- Responsible for the administration, conceptual design and further development of the int. PKI Service in a corporate data center and working with IT team members across Europe, Asia and America.

- Monitoring of all supported PKI systems (and all depending)
- Log analysis / Log Check for housekeeping and troubleshooting
- Execution of requests in the Service Desk system (Ticketing)
- Vulnerability management of entire landscape (patches, configuration adjustment)
- Ongoing documentation of the existing environment, workloads, capacities
- Creating risks in the Risk process
- Change management (every team member is responsible for his own changes)

- English speaking and writing at B2 level

- networking/communication TCP/IP understanding
- Windows Server Support knowledge
