Deliver IT solutions to meet business requirements, including converting requirements to technical specifications, delivery, and post-implementation maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop IT solutions based on user requirements and technology changes.
Monitor applications to ensure performance standards.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production rollout.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.
Deploy bug fixes and coordinate testing.
Work with DBAs and teams for system maintenance and security patches.
Provide administrative support including meetings and reporting.
Required
Skills & Experience:
Domain: Payments/Corporate Online Banking (Banking domain experience: 6+ years).
Technical: Unix, Oracle, PL-SQL, SQL Server, Core Java, J2EE/JRE, Apache/Tomcat, XML, SOAP, web services.
General: Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
Experience:
8–10 years in programming and support.
Education:
Computer Science degree or equivalent.
