Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate must have actively participated in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4

HANA implementation and should possess strong functional knowledge across manufacturing and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP PP and QM functional activities across implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Participate in end-to-end S/4

HANA implementation including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
- Configure SAP PP modules (MRP, BOM, Work Centers, Routing, Production Orders, Capacity Planning).
- Configure SAP QM processes (Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Results Recording, Usage Decision).
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW developments and integrations.
- Support UAT, cutover, and post go-live stabilization.
- Prepare functional documents such as FS, BRD, test scripts, and training materials.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM/EWM, FI/CO).

Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of relevant SAP PP and QM experience.
- Minimum one full-cycle SAP S/4

HANA implementation experience.
- Strong configuration knowledge in SAP PP and QM.
- Good understanding of discrete / process manufacturing business processes.
- Experience in MRP, Demand Management, Production Execution, and Quality Processes.
- Knowledge of S/4

HANA-specific PP/QM simplifications and Fiori apps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SAP PP/QM migration from ECC to S/4

HANA.
- Exposure to Advanced Planning (PP/DS).
- SAP PP or QM Certification.

- Experience with integration to MES, EWM, or third-party quality systems.

Soft Skills

- Good stakeholder management and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work in onsite/offshore models.
