Senior Cloud Native Architect

Mandatory Skills

Infrastructure & Cloud

- Strong experience with Infrastructure, Servers, Storage, and Networking
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, Open Stack, and VMware
- Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS architectures

Cloud Native & Modernization

- Deep expertise in Cloud Native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, GKE, and Open Shift
- Experience in at least one greenfield Cloud Native implementation
- Experience in at least one Monolithic to Cloud Native migration
- Strong knowledge of Application Modernization principles and practices

Dev Ops

- Very good understanding of Dev Ops components and their implementation

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation tools

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native architectures, including microservices, containerization, orchestration, and serverless computing
- (Primary skills: Kubernetes, Containerization, Open Shift)
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop implementation plans
- Architect scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions that meet performance, security, and compliance requirements
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and engineering teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Evaluate and recommend cloud-native technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve system performance and operational efficiency
- Define, develop, and maintain best practices, standards, and technical documentation
- Drive and lead the adoption of Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code

Desired Skills

- Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies and acquire new skills
- Cloud architecture and/or implementation certification from a leading cloud service provider (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach team members

Soft Skills

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems

Education

- B.E. /

B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or a related discipline

Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud-native and infrastructure technologies
