Role Overview We are looking for a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making across business initiatives. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities  Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
Create regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics
Analyze trends and patterns related to business activities
Support teams with data insights for planning and execution
Maintain data accuracy and documentation
Assist in evaluating performance across projects and initiatives
Data & Reporting Areas  Event and campaign performance metrics
Audience and engagement data
Revenue and sponsorship reporting
Operational and delivery-related data
Tools & Skills  Required
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Experience with SQL for data extraction
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker or similar)
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
Preferred
Basic knowledge of Python or similar analytical tools
Experience working with CRM or marketing data
Understanding of business reporting and KPIs
Experience & Qualifications  1–4 years of experience in data analysis or reporting roles
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
Comfortable working with structured and semi-structured data
