Search Engine Optimization Manager

SEO Manager (1–2 Years Experience) – Remote
We’re looking for a  hands-on SEO Manager  with 1–2 years of experience who understands on-site SEO inside-out.

This is not a theory role.
This is a  doer role .

You will be working on multiple brands across manufacturing, healthcare, and D2C businesses.
Remote role.  Delhi-based candidates are a plus (monthly in-person meet at our South Delhi studio).

What You’ll Be Responsible For  Complete on-site SEO optimization
Technical SEO audits
Keyword mapping & intent clustering
Page-level optimization (titles, meta, schema, internal linking)
Content structure guidance for writers
Site architecture planning
Competitor analysis
Basic backlink strategy planning

You should be comfortable working closely with:
Content writers
Designers
Developers
Marketing team

What We’re Looking For  1–2 years of practical SEO experience
Strong understanding of:
On-page optimization
Search intent
Internal linking
Schema basics
Core Web Vitals (basic level)
Ability to structure pages for ranking
Comfortable using tools like:
Google Search Console
GA4
Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest
Screaming Frog (basic understanding)

We are NOT looking for:
Someone who only builds backlinks
Someone who only writes blogs
Someone who “knows SEO theoretically”
Someone dependent purely on AI tools

Important Shortlisted candidates will be given a small practical test:
Keyword clustering
Page structure suggestion
On-page audit exercise
We are looking for someone who understands how ranking actually works.
