Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Production Support Admin with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Administration and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate should have solid experience in handling production support activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide production support for Salesforce applications
Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues within SLA timelines
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls
Deploy configuration changes and support minor enhancements
Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of Salesforce experience
Strong Salesforce Administration skills
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience in Production Support environment
Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
Experience with workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation
Good to Have
Salesforce Admin Certification
Experience with Apex
Knowledge of integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
Experience working in US shift/support environment
