We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to measure campaign performance, optimize data tracking, and provide actionable insights that drive results for our clients.
Key Results Areas (KRAs) & What Winning Looks Like
1. Accurate & Actionable Data Analysis Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing campaign data across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic media.
Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to enhance campaign performance and budget efficiency.

Reports provide clear, actionable insights that help drive better decision-making, maximize ROI, and improve client satisfaction.
2. Advanced Reporting & Visualization Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio , Google Analytics 4 ( GA4 ), and other reporting tools.
Ensure marketing performance data is presented in a clear, visually engaging, and insightful manner for both internal teams and clients.
Winning means:
Clients and internal stakeholders can easily interpret reports, make informed decisions, and track performance against goals.
3. Data Accuracy & Tracking Optimization Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and tracking codes to ensure accurate data collection.
Troubleshoot tracking issues, implement conversion tracking, and validate data integrity across all digital platforms.
Winning means:
Data tracking is precise, reliable, and continuously optimized , ensuring accurate performance measurement and attribution.
Skills Needed to Win in This Role Expertise in Marketing Analytics:
Strong background in analyzing paid, organic, and earned media performance data.
GA4 & Web Analytics Proficiency:
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , including event tracking and conversion attribution.
Google Tag Manager (GTM) Knowledge:
Ability to set up and troubleshoot tags, triggers, and variables for tracking.
Looker Studio & Data Visualization:
Experience in building clear and insightful reports using Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).
Data Interpretation & Storytelling:
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
Skills:
Comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail:
Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and tracking issues.
Communication &
Collaboration:
Ability to work in a virtual team environment , coordinating with digital ad specialists, strategists, and account managers.
