Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of growth from end to end — not just run ads.
This role covers the full journey:
traffic → leads → MQLs → customers → repeat growth.
You’ll work across SEO, paid media, landing pages, funnels, CRO, analytics, and client reporting. You’ll also work closely with the Founder/Manager to shape strategy, positioning, funnel design, and performance insights.
If you enjoy understanding why something works (or doesn’t) and improving every step of the funnel, this role is for you.

-- What You’ll Be Doing -
- 1. SEO & Organic Growth
Build and execute complete SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page).
Do keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits to uncover new opportunities.
Optimise site structure, internal linking, titles, and meta tags for better visibility and rankings.
Work with content and design teams to create SEO-led landing pages and blogs that convert.
Track performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush and improve month over month.
Stay on top of algorithm updates, Core Web Vitals, and traffic drops — and act fast when needed.

2. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)

• Plan, launch, and manage high-ROI campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Linked In Ads (B2B lead generation)

• Set up accurate conversion tracking, pixels, and GTM events.

• Define clear goals: leads, booked calls, sales, or purchases.

• Continuously test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

• Monitor and optimise key metrics like CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CAC.

• Manage budgets smartly and scale what works.

• Build strong retargeting and lookalike audiences to strengthen the funnel.

3. Growth Strategy & Funnel Management
Design complete lead funnels (ads → landing pages → follow-ups → sales calls).
Apply CRO tactics such as heatmaps, form optimisation, headline testing, social proof, and urgency triggers.
Work with tech and content teams to build landing pages using Webflow, Word Press, or no-code tools.
Set up nurture flows for leads that don’t convert immediately.
Identify growth opportunities like new markets, audience segments, offers, or remarketing layers.
Help improve internal playbooks, SOPs, and offer positioning to scale client acquisition.

4. Client Management, Reporting & Retention
Be the main marketing point of contact for assigned clients.
Run weekly or bi-weekly performance calls — what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next.
Prepare and present clear reports covering traffic, leads, CPL, ROAS, and MQLs.
Help clients understand strategy decisions (brand vs demand, TOFU vs BOFU, retargeting logic).
Spot upsell or cross-sell opportunities like SEO + Ads or Funnels + Performance.
Coordinate internally with design, development, and content teams to ensure smooth execution.

5. Analytics, Dashboards & Documentation
Build and maintain dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, or Google Sheets.
Track core metrics such as traffic, source performance, conversions, CPL, retention, and ROI.
Deliver monthly reports focused on insights and action steps — not just numbers.
Document learnings, audiences, and campaign insights for future optimisation.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
Have  4+ years of hands-on experience  in SEO, paid ads, and growth (agency or startup).
Are comfortable using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, GA4, GTM, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
Understand funnels, customer journeys, CAC/LTV, and growth metrics.
Can clearly explain why performance changed — not just report it.
Can manage multiple accounts and prioritise work for maximum impact.
Are proactive, experiment-driven, and comfortable testing ideas quickly.
Have experience with B2B lead generation, SaaS, international markets, or landing page tools (a plus).
