About the Role
We are seeking a Mid–Senior Informatica Integration Developer to support business-critical integration initiatives within a global enterprise environment.
You will contribute to building and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing data integration solutions.
Your Mission
As an Informatica Integration Developer, you will design and implement robust data integration flows aligned with enterprise governance and architecture standards, ensuring reliability and performance across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Informatica .
Implement and support low-to-medium complexity integration flows.
Ensure compliance with architecture, governance, and quality standards.
Collaborate with onshore stakeholders across time zones.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Troubleshoot, stabilize, and optimize existing integrations.
Support cleanup and refactoring initiatives.
Required Experience
5–8 years of experience in integration or data integration roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica (core requirement) .
Solid understanding of data integration patterns, APIs, and middleware concepts.
Experience in enterprise-scale integration landscapes.
Familiarity with governance frameworks and structured delivery models.
Experience in offshore/onshore distributed setups.
Profile & Mindset

Education & Languages
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
