About the Role
We’re hiring a founding growth operator to build a predictable acquisition engine from the ground up. Your mission is to generate consistent, high-quality leads from SMB customer service teams through disciplined paid acquisition, sharp positioning, and rapid experimentation.

You’ll work closely with Design to ship high-converting messaging and landing pages, and partner tightly with Sales to refine ICP, improve lead quality, and accelerate conversions.

What You’ll Own 
1) Paid Acquisition (Primary Focus – First 6 Months)
Own and scale Google Search, You Tube, Linked In Ads, and retargeting
Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns for SMB customer support teams
Run structured weekly experiments (creatives, targeting, landing pages, offers)
Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality via fast feedback loops
Scale what works, cut what doesn’t

2) Conversion & Funnel Optimization
Partner with Design to ship high-converting landing pages (Webflow)
Improve messaging, positioning, and offer clarity
Optimize for qualified lead conversion, not just traffic

3) SEO / AEO (Secondary, Built Systematically)
Identify high-intent keywords and content opportunities
Build foundational topic clusters
Improve AI-search visibility (LLM-friendly, answer-first content)
Focus on leverage over volume

Who You Are
2-5 years experience in B2B growth or performance marketing (SaaS preferred)
Proven experience driving 0 to 1 growth in paid and/or SEO
Comfortable owning a hard targets
Strong writing and positioning instincts
AI-native and you use AI daily to move faster
Bangalore-based and excited to build from scratch
