We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with over 6+years of expertise in Payroll, Absence Management, Core HR, and Fast Formula development. The candidate will bridge functional HR processes with technical solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Payroll, Absence Management, Core HR).
Configure and manage Payroll elements, Absence Plans, Work Schedules, Accruals, and Eligibility Rules.
Design, develop, and optimize Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation.
Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), BI Publisher reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver scalable solutions.
Conduct system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Document functional and technical specifications, configuration steps, and solution designs.
Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and recommend enhancements.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM (Fusion/Cloud and/or E-Business Suite).
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Payroll (elements, balances, costing, retro-pay, validations).
Deep knowledge of Absence Management (plans, accruals, carryover rules, validations).
Solid experience in Core HR (workforce structures, person management, employment models).
Proven hands-on experience with Fast Formula (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design scalable solutions.
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud upgrades and quarterly release testing.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and team collaboration.
Ability to work independently and lead functional/technical streams.
