About the Role
Inside Sales Manager (App Sec / Cybersecurity)
We are hiring an Inside Sales Manager to drive revenue for our Application Security and Dev Sec Ops platform across the North America market . This is a quota-carrying role responsible for owning the full sales cycle and building a strong pipeline.
Own end-to-end sales from prospecting to closure for App Sec and Dev Sec Ops solutions.
Drive new logo acquisition and ARR growth in the assigned market (US or India).
Position solutions across SBOM, CI/CD security, SAST, DAST, and secure software delivery .
Work closely with SDRs, pre-sales, and product teams to progress and close deals.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through account research and personalized outreach.
Manage forecasts, pipeline reviews, and CRM hygiene.
Engage with security, Dev Sec Ops , and engineering leaders as primary buyers.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
6–10 years of SaaS sales experience with 2+ years in a quota-carrying role.
Experience selling to US (security, Dev Sec Ops , or engineering personas).
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Hub Spot/Salesforce, Linked In, Zoom Info).
This role is expected to evolve as the business and platform mature. The responsibilities outlined above represent current priorities and may expand based on organizational needs.
