About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented  E-Commerce Intern  to support our online sales operations. The intern will work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to manage product listings, order processing, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on marketplaces and the company website
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory details
Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch
Monitor product performance and prepare basic reports
Assist in running promotional campaigns and offers
Handle customer queries and reviews on e-commerce platforms
Conduct competitor research and market analysis
Support the team in improving online visibility and sales
Skills Required
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Interest in digital marketing and online sales
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility
Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream
Freshers are welcome
Prior internship experience in e-commerce is a plus
