THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who is obsessed with "System Thinking" and automation. This isn't just about making things look pretty—it’s about building the engine. You will maintain our Figma token systems, develop reusable templates, and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate our delivery cycles.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- System Architecture:
Build and manage scalable Figma Variable collections and Design Tokens (Color, Typography, Spacing, Radius).
- Template Engineering:
Create and optimize a library of reusable UI components and wireframe kits to 10x our MVP delivery speed.
- AI-Assisted Design:
Master tools like Figma AI, Relume, Framer AI, and Galileo AI to automate repetitive tasks and skip the "blank canvas" stage.
- Rapid Prototyping:
Design responsive websites and product interfaces, moving from concept to interactive prototypes in Figma and Framer.
- UI Engineering Support:
Collaborate with developers to ensure design tokens align perfectly with HTML/CSS variables and Tailwind frameworks.
- Eager Learning:
Stay on the bleeding edge of Figma updates and AI plugins to constantly evolve our internal workflow.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ Year
Experience:
Proven track record in UI/UX or Product Design roles.

- Figma Mastery:
Expert-level knowledge of Auto Layout, Components, and Variables is non-negotiable.
- Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of HTML/CSS logic and how responsive layouts function in code.

High curiosity and an eagerness to master every new AI tool that makes design faster.
- Growth Mindset:
Proactive, feedback-oriented, and ready to thrive in a high-energy startup environment.
- Portfolio: A showcase of work that demonstrates clean aesthetics backed by organized, systematic file structures.
