Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Freelance End User Support Engineer with strong technical and customer-facing abilities to provide L1/L2 support in a fast-paced enterprise or investment banking environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting desktop, mobile, and collaboration tools while ensuring high-quality user experience and quick issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for end users across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms
Troubleshoot issues related to O365, Teams, Outlook, and enterprise applications
Handle desktop/laptop configuration, software installations, and device troubleshooting
Support mobile devices (iOS/Android) and ensure proper configuration and security compliance
Provide production/technical support to business users in a time-sensitive environment
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
Manage incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting within SLA timelines
Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for issue resolution
Document issues, fixes, and standard support procedures
Required Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and decision-making skills
Experience in customer support, technical support, or production support roles
Working knowledge of:
Windows 10/11 OS support and troubleshooting
Apple Mac support
Mobile devices (iPhone, Android) support
Microsoft O365, Teams, Outlook
End User Computing (EUC) environments
Knowledge of MS Office suite and enterprise tools
Experience supporting financial/investment banking users is a plus

Preferred Experience
Exposure to high-pressure enterprise environments (Banking/Financial domain)
Experience in client-facing IT support roles
