Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end client and internal reporting delivery ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and SLA adherence
Drive automation initiatives and continuous process improvements to enhance scalability and reduce manual risk
Develop and oversee MIS frameworks, executive dashboards (KPIs/KRIs), and performance analytics
Strengthen the reporting control environment, manage audit observations, and ensure regulatory compliance
Act as senior escalation point for reporting and operational issues
Lead and mentor teams across Business Analysis, Data Analysis, MIS, and Audit & Assurance
Partner with global stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Client Services
Ideal Candidate Profile:
12–14 years of experience in Asset Management / Investment Operations
Minimum 5+ years in Client Reporting leadership roles
Strong exposure to automation, process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), and reporting transformation
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and dashboarding tools
Proven people management experience with ability to lead high-performing teams
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
