Job Description:

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related roles

- Strong experience with data integration from multiple sources and systems

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and database technologies (SQL Server, etc.)

- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks

- Experience in data modeling techniques (dimensional modeling, data vault, etc.)

- Experience with REST APIs and web services integration

- Experience with real-time and batch data processing

- Knowledge of data quality management principles

- Understanding of data security and privacy best practices

- Ability to work with various data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, etc.)

- Experience with data streaming technologies

- Experience with event-driven architectures

- Ability to handle complex technical challenges

Additional

Skills:

- Experience with Dell Boomi Atom Sphere integration platform

- Knowledge of Boomi Master Data Hub (MDH) and data integration processes

- Experience implementing Data Governance frameworks and policies

- Understanding of master data management (MDM) principles

- Experience with data cataloging and metadata management tools

- Knowledge of data lineage and impact analysis

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Certifiations:
Professional Data Engineer (Azure / AWS)- Dell Boomi (Integration specialist - preferred)

Duties to be performed:

- Build Data model, Data Pipelines validate data flow and create scripts for various environments

- Create ETL/ELT logics

- Serve as subject matter expert for platform capabilities and limitations

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers

- Conduct reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices

- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document integration requirements

- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, process flows, and runbooks
