Position Summary:
Rose International is hiring a U.S. IT Recruiter based in India to support our expanding portfolio of U.S. technology clients. This fully remote role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for contract IT positions, primarily supporting W2 consultants in a high-volume agency environment. You will partner closely with U.S. Account Managers and Delivery teams while working aligned to U.S. business hours. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is hungry to learn, driven by results, and excited to recruit for advanced technology roles including AI, cloud, data, and Big Tech initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract IT and high-tech roles supporting U.S.
-based clients
• Work closely with U.S. Account Managers and Delivery teams to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
• Proactively source talent using Linked In, job boards, ATS tools, and creative outreach strategies
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication ability, work authorization, and availability
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, interview-ready candidates on a weekly basis
• Present high-quality candidate profiles that meet client expectations and turnaround times
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and manage follow-ups through the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in ATS and VMS systems
• Support onboarding and ongoing consultant engagement and redeployment
• Recruit for roles supporting innovative technologies such as AI, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of experience in U.S. IT staffing or high-tech recruiting (agency environment preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Ability to work U.S. business hours and collaborate with U.S.
-based teams
• Understanding of U.S. hiring models (W2, 1099, C2C) and common visa types
• Experience using ATS platforms and VMS tools
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• High energy, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in technical recruiting
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
• Interest in recruiting for Big Tech and emerging technology roles (AI, data, cloud, automation)
