Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Linked In Ads, You Tube Ads, Twitter Ads , and programmatic platforms.
Drive measurable business outcomes by optimizing ROI, CPA, ROAS , and overall funnel performance using data and AI-driven insights.
Implement full-funnel performance strategies across search, display, video, social, and paid acquisition channels .
Analyze audience behavior, performance trends, and conversion data to create high-performing, audience-specific campaigns .
Manage and optimize media budgets efficiently to support scalable growth and revenue targets.
Collaborate with content, design, analytics, and product teams to ensure effective campaign execution and messaging alignment.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Monitor, track, and report campaign performance, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations .
Stay updated with platform changes, emerging ad formats, and performance marketing best practices.
Support automation initiatives and CRM integrations to enhance marketing efficiency and attribution.
✨ Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field .
3-4 years of experience in performance or digital marketing with hands-on campaign management experience.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads .
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager , and performance tracking frameworks.
Solid understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, attribution models, and CRO .
Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimization and decision-making.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
Clear communication skills to present insights and performance updates to stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other platform certifications.
Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation workflows.
Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content-led growth .
Exposure to CDPs, first-party data strategies , or international campaigns.
