UKG Dimensions Specialist – Timesheet Module or SAP Success factor

Role Summary
We are looking for a UKG Dimensions Specialist/SAP Success factor with hands-on experience in the Timesheet module to support, configure, and optimize workforce management processes. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate time capture and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain UKG Dimensions Timesheet module.
Support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
Assist with testing and deployment of enhancements and system updates.
Provide user support, training, and documentation for system features and processes.
Required Skills
0-1 year of experience working with UKG Dimensions /SAP Success factor especially the Timesheet module.
Strong understanding of workforce management processes (time capture, approvals, schedules).
Ability to diagnose and resolve application issues.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
