Deal Hub CPQ Administrator
Role Overview
We are seeking a Deal Hub Administrator (Level
1) to support and manage the Client’s Deal Hub CPQ platform. The role involves day-to-day administration, configuration support, pricing and quoting assistance, and coordination with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth quote-to-order processes.
This role requires strong functional understanding of CPQ processes, attention to detail, and the ability to support business users in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administration of the Deal Hub CPQ platform.
- Support quote creation, pricing updates, product configuration, and approval workflows.
- Maintain product catalog, pricing rules, discount structures, and deal templates.
- Assist sales users with troubleshooting quoting issues and system navigation.
- Configure basic workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure pricing accuracy and order readiness.
- Support UAT cycles and document test cases for new releases.
- Maintain documentation for configurations and business processes.
- Monitor system usage and escalate platform issues when required.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Deal Hub CPQ administration or similar CPQ tools.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) / CPQ processes.
- Experience managing pricing rules, discounting logic, and approval workflows.
- Basic understanding of CRM (Salesforce preferred) integrations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global sales teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration.
- Exposure to Order Management or ERP integrations.
- CPQ or Revenue Operations background.
