Key Responsibilities:
Bench Marketing and Placements:
- Market bench consultants to potential clients and vendors for contract, contract-to-hire roles.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships for job openings.
- Place consultants on projects based on their skillset and expertise.
Candidate Engagement:
- Understand consultants’ skills, strengths, and project preferences.
- Update and maintain consultant resumes to align with job requirements.
- Guide candidates through interview and onboarding processes.
Vendor and Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Negotiate rates and terms for successful placements.
Sales and Marketing
Activities:
- Post resumes and market consultants on job boards such as Dice, Monster, Linked In, etc.
- Reach out to vendors and clients using email, calls, and online platforms.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain a database of consultants, clients, and vendor contacts.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on placement activities and pipelines.
Key Skills and
Qualifications:
- Experience in Bench Sales:
Proven experience in marketing consultants in the US IT staffing industry.
- Knowledge of Technologies:
Familiarity with various IT skills and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Dev Ops, AWS, Salesforce, CRM etc.).
- Communication
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Negotiation
Skills:
Ability to negotiate rates, terms, and conditions effectively.
- Market Knowledge:
Understanding of US IT job market trends, visa types (H1B, EAD, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Tools Expertise:
Experience with job boards, Zoho Recruiter (ATS), and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong networking skills and existing vendor connections.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of consultants successfully placed.
- Time to market consultants and secure placement.
- Vendor and client satisfaction levels.
- Revenue generation from placements.
