Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits and implement actionable recommendations.
- Perform detailed keyword research (short-tail & long-tail), search intent analysis, and competitor keyword gap analysis.
- Optimize website elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking, and on-page content.
- Develop and execute content optimization strategies aligned with SEO best practices and topic clusters.
- Identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, duplicate content, broken links, and Core Web Vitals concerns.
- Manage technical SEO aspects such as sitemap.xml, robots.txt, canonical tags, schema markup, and redirects.
- Plan and implement ethical (white-hat) link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Conduct backlink audits, monitor referring domains, maintain anchor text diversity, and disavow toxic links when necessary.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and build publisher relationships.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, impressions, bounce rate, and conversions.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., to track and analyze performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports with insights and collaborate with content and development teams for ongoing optimization.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, and Google tools
- Basic knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Understanding of backlink strategies and outreach techniques
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- 6 Months to 1 Years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of search engines, ranking mechanisms, and digital marketing fundamentals
