The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Power Platform Support Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for resolving complex issues across the Power Platform ecosystem. You will manage a steady volume of tickets every day, requiring a high level of independence, technical precision, and a "customer-first" mindset.
The ideal candidate is a Power Automate expert (Cloud & RPA) who can not only fix what is broken but also proactively identify ways to optimise existing workflows and portal experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Ticket Management:
Independently manage and resolve support tickets daily, ensuring all issues are addressed within agreed-upon SLAs.

Automation Troubleshooting:
Debug, maintain, and optimise complex Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop (RPA) processes.
·
Power Pages Administration:
Provide support for Power Pages sites, including UI/UX adjustments, Dataverse integration, and permission/security troubleshooting.

Root Cause Analysis:
Go beyond "quick fixes" to identify recurring technical debt and provide long-term solutions to prevent future tickets.

Customer Engagement:
Communicate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and deliver user training where necessary.

Documentation:
Maintain clear documentation of resolutions, system changes, and "How-To" guides for end-users.
Technical Requirements
·
Power Automate (Expert):
Extensive experience with Cloud Flows (automated, scheduled, and instant). Deep expertise in Power Automate Desktop (RPA), including UI automation, error handling, and attended/unattended bot management.

Power Pages (Proficient):
Experience configuring Power Pages sites, working with the Design Studio, and basic knowledge of Liquid code or JavaScript for custom styling.

Dataverse:
Strong understanding of Dataverse tables, relationships, and security roles.
·
Integrations:
Expertise with connectors, APIs, and how Power Platform interacts with the broader Microsoft 365 stack.
·
Environment Management:
Understanding of solution layering and moving components between Dev, Test, and Prod environments.
Soft Skills & Attributes

Independent Driver:
Ability to manage a high-volume queue with minimal supervision.
·
Proactive Mindset:
You don't just wait for tickets; you identify system weaknesses and propose improvements.

Customer-Centric:
Ability to translate technical jargon into simple language for non-technical users.
·
Resilience:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified:
Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
·
Experience with Azure Logic Apps or Power BI is a plus.
