Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional technology teams in delivering high-quality digital products and enterprise solutions. This role requires a strong blend of Agile facilitation, stakeholder management, delivery ownership, and technical project oversight.

You will serve as both a servant leader to Agile teams and a strategic partner to business stakeholders—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Leadership

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time).

Project Management & Delivery

- Define project scope, timelines, and milestones
- Develop and maintain project plans and roadmaps
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation (if applicable)
- Ensure delivery meets quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular status reports to leadership
- Align business requirements with technical execution
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration

Technical Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, UX, and Dev Ops teams
- Support backlog grooming and prioritization
- Ensure alignment between product vision and sprint goals
- Understand technical architecture sufficiently to manage dependencies

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Scrum Master roles
- Proven experience managing software development projects
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I/II)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working in distributed or global teams
- Background in Dev Ops or CI/CD environments.
